What is your favourite sport?

I love watching most sports and have supported Aston Villa all my life! My passion is dancing: Jazz, tap and more recently Zumba - now qualified to teach both adults and children. 

 

How would the children describe you?

I think hope children would describe me as kind, caring and bubbly with a slightly crazy streak!! 

 

 

As a manager, how do you think your clubs support the community?

I think our clubs play a vital role in supporting the community. We want people to feel that our clubs are safe and happy places where children can enjoy sports and activities with people who love their job. We understand today's busy lifestyles and want our clubs to be the place children would choose to come back to because they are happy there. 

To me, being a manager means ensuring that the children in our care are primarily safe and happy. I want to ensure that they enjoy attending the clubs and that they have a say in some of the activities that we do. The club is for the children and their views matter to us.
