Do you accept childcare vouchers?
Yes, we do accept childcare vouchers for our holiday clubs. You can search for us using our postcode WS13 6RQ or our ofsted number EY489961. Some schemes require an account number, if this applies to you please email us and we will be more than happy to provide you with this information. If you wish to pay with childcare vouchers, please email/phone us to make your booking, once we have confirmed it you can make payment through your childcare voucher scheme directly.
What does a typical day consist of at your clubs?
A typical day we will do three sports/games activities and two arts activities, the children will get two snack breaks and an hours dinner break. The staff plan the activities in advance, however if the children decide they want to do something else the day plan will change. We also have a quiet room available for children who would prefer to do puzzles, reading or extra art activities.
What are your opening times and prices?
The clubs open from 8.30am - 5.30pm, and you may drop and collect at any point between those times as there will always be a member of staff ready to greet you in reception.
Our prices are currently £17.50 per day per child or £80 per week per child.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Unfortunately we do not offer sibling disounts. However sometimes we have offers on with other organisations such as The Best of Lichfield or Mums in the know. So keep your eyes pealed!
What ages do you accept?
Our clubs are designed for ages 5 - 11years. We cannot accept any children under the age of 5 years old.
Are all your staff qualified?
Of course! All of staff are provided with first aid training, fire training and safeguarding training. Our staff are DBS clear and hold an array of qualifications! We have staff qualified in many sports, some hold child development degrees and others are British Sign Language users! Our recruitment policies ensure we always recruit sensible, qualified staff members.
I am a School representative or Headteacher looking for PPA, out of school clubs or PE curriculum. How can I get more information?
JC Academy do offer PE curriculum, PPA and out of school clubs. As all schools are different, we find it more beneficial to meet with the school or representative to discuss the needs and tailor a package to you.
